There’s a lot of info to keep track of as a Season Ticket Member. There are all of these different competitions, each with their own ticketing process. There’s a process for how to redeem all of your awesome benefits. There’s a renewal process every year…the list goes on and one. And all of that in addition to, you know, your day job.

That’s why we’ve assembled a super helpful webpage—some may call it a compendium—laying out all sorts of important details you’re bound to otherwise forget. And as fate would have it, you find yourself on that webpage right now. So go ahead and bookmark this page and swing on back here from time to time when you need a refresher.

International Friendly vs. Holstein Kiel: Monday, July 7

You already have tickets. The International Friendly vs. Holstein Kiel is the 18th match included as part of your Season Ticket package. You already have your same season tickets held for this match. You don’t need to do anything at all here. If you’d like to buy additional tickets, you can purchase single-game tickets through SeatGeek.

Leagues Cup

You’re automatically opted in. MNUFC is guaranteed to host at least two Leagues Cup home games this season, on Wednesday, July 30 vs. Queretaro and Wednesday, August 6 vs. Atletico de San Luis.

As in seasons past, you are automatically opted in to your normal season ticket seating location for these two games, as well as any additional Leagues Cup games at Allianz Field should MNUFC advance beyond Phase One of the tournament. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged for the first two games within 2-3 business days of the opt-out deadline. Should MNUFC advance, your credit card will be charged within 48 hours of the game being confirmed.

If you chose to opt out before the February 25 deadline, or if you would like to grab additional tickets, you can purchase single-game tickets through SeatGeek.

U.S. Open Cup

These tickets are NOT included in your membership. MNUFC is back in the U.S. Open Cup in 2025, alongside 15 other participating MLS clubs. U.S. Open Cup tickets are not included in your Season Ticket Membership, however, you will have a chance to purchase tickets ahead of the general public at a discounted rate. Stay tuned for more details as the tournament draws nearer.

Audi MLS Cup Playoffs

You’re automatically opted in. Should MNUFC once again qualify for the Audi MLS Cup Playoffs, you will be automatically opted in to secure your same season tickets for every MNUFC home game throughout the duration of the playoffs, excluding MLS Cup, which is sold separately. Your credit card will be charged within 48 hours of each game being confirmed. Stay tuned for more details as the playoffs draw nearer.

1. MLS Season Pass

Once again, you will receive a free 2025 MLS Season Pass subscription as part of your membership. If you haven’t already done so, you can find your unique redemption code in the Offers Tab of your SeatGeek member account.

2. 10% Merch Discount
New for the 2025 season, you will be able to redeem your 10% STM discount at the Black and Blue Team Store at Allianz Field using your personalized digital member card, available in the MNUFC app. Keep scrolling down the page for by step-by-step instructions for how to download your pass.

Just like last season, you can also enjoy a 10% discount on merchandise sold through MLSStore.com by using your exclusive STM promo code. Reach out to your rep to secure your code if you don’t already have it.

3. Parking

As a STM, you have the ability to purchase an annual parking pass, good for all 18 games included in your package. Visit the Offers Tab in your SeatGeek account to purchase your annual parking pass before the deadline of 5:00 pm CT on Friday, February 14. Note that due to nearby construction, some lots won’t be available on an annual basis this year.

Single-game parking is also available through SeatGeek. Note that parking passes are only available for purchase online up until two hours before kickoff.

4. Ticket Resale and Transfer

One of your STM Benefits is the ability to easily transfer and resell your tickets through SeatGeek. Check out some of our ticket resale tips and tricks to help you maximize your resale value, including a breakdown of SeatGeek’s new Smart Pricing feature.

5. Events

Throughout the year, you’ll have an opportunity to join us for a number of exclusive STM Events, ranging from sledding at Buck Hill to Open Training Sessions to dog-friendly get-togethers and all sorts of funtivities in between. Keep an eye on your inbox to find out about these events as they’re announced and reserve your spot before they fill up.

6. Gifting

You may remember that back in October, you had a chance to select one STM Gift for every seat on your account. If you selected a physical gift, you should have received your gift/s at the mailing address you provided before the start of the 2025 season, likely sometime in February. If you selected a digital gift, you should have received an email with instructions on how to access your digital gift earlier this year, likely also around February.

Food and Beverage Credit - If you selected Allianz Field food and beverage credit as one of your STM Gifts, your credit has been automatically added to same digital member pass you use to access your Team Store discount (see below for more details). You should've have received an email in March with full details about this process. If you have any questions, reach out to your Member Services Rep.

New for the 2025 season, all STMs will receive a digital member pass that can be accessed via the MNUFC mobile app. This is the pass you will use to access your 10% discount at the Team Store. If you selected concession credits as one of your STM gifts, this is the same pass you will use to access those credits as well.

How to Download

To access your personalized member pass via the MNUFC app, follow the instructions below (we’ve included a handy video, too, for all you visual learners):

  1. First make sure you have the latest version of the MNUFC app downloaded.
  2. Once you’re in the app, click the hamburger menu (four lines) in the upper left-hand corner and scroll down to My Account.
  3. If you aren’t already logged in, click “Sign in” on the left side of the profile picture.
  4. Sign into your app’s profile or create an account if you haven’t before. Make sure you are using the same email address for your app account as your SeatGeek account to ensure your benefits properly pull through.
  5. Once you’re logged in to your app’s user profile, you can now click the Member Card button beneath “My Account”. If you are properly synced up to your SeatGeek account, you should now see your Member Card appear.

Add to Wallet

You also have the ability to add your pass to your phone’s mobile wallet by simply clicking the, you guessed it, “Add to Wallet” button at the bottom of your pass. This will download a pass to your phone’s mobile wallet with all of the same offers loaded up to it. You can scan this pass just the same as the one in your app. The only difference is you can’t transfer funds via your mobile wallet pass or see a live balance of remaining funds; those features are only available within the app.

How to Scan

On your in-app member card, you should see a list of active offers at the bottom, including your Team Store discount and, if applicable, your food & beverage credit. To redeem either offer, simply scan the QR code at the time of checkout. Note that food and beverage credits can only be redeemed at the built-in concession stands on the outer ring of the Allianz Field concourse.

How to Transfer Concession Credit

New this season, you can now transfer your food and beverage credits to someone else! To transfer funds, click “Manage Benefits” in the upper left-hand corner of your in-app pass. This will reveal a form where you can enter the information of the person to whom you would like to transfer the funds, then hit “Transfer” to seal the deal.

Your recipient will then receive a text message with a link they will need to click to access their scannable QR code. You may want to give them a heads up that this is coming, as your recipient may naturally be skeptical of a text message coming from an unknown number offering them free money if they click this link.

If your recipient wants to transfer their funds back to you or to someone else, they would need to create their own account within the MNUFC app by following the steps listed above.

If you’re ever wondering how much money you have remaining, or see a list of past transactions and transfers, you can go back to the Manage Benefits page within your member pass, where you’ll see a Past Activity log with all of your purchases and transfers.

2026 Renewal & Relocation Process

The Season Ticket Member Renewal Process for the 2026 season will once again begin in mid-2025, likely around June or July. As usual, you will be automatically set up to renew your membership for the following season. No action will be needed on your part, unless you wish to add seats, drop seats, or cancel your membership, in which case you will need to complete a form indicating your requested changes.

The annual STM Relocation process will begin following the completion of the renewal process, likely around August. During this process, all STMs will be automatically assigned a window during which they can explore available seating inventory and claim a seating location if they would like. If you look around and decide you’d like to stay in your same location, you can simply continue with selecting a new location, and you will retain your same seats for 2026.

More details about both the Renewal and Relocation Processes will be sent via email as the time draws closer.
