The 2024 Audi MLS Cup Playoffs are getting ever closer, and with just a few regular-season games remaining, the Loons are in the middle of a strong push to secure postseason soccer. As in previous years, MNUFC Season Ticket Members will be automatically set up on our Pay as we Play program, guaranteeing their 2024 season ticket location(s) for any potential home playoff matches—excluding MLS Cup—at the preferred Season Ticket Member rate. Naturally, STMs will only be automatically charged as home games are locked in, with no up-front payment for games that are not yet confirmed.
To sum that up, Season Ticket Members do not need to take any action to secure playoff tickets. However, any STMs not wanting to participate in the Pay as we Play program will need to opt out by Monday, September 30, 2024, at 5:00 PM. The opt-out form can be found in the Offers Tab of their SeatGeek Account Manager.

When will my card be charged for the games?
The credit card on file will be automatically charged as home game dates, times, and opponents are locked in, generally within a few hours of the matchup being confirmed.
What if I would like to add seats for the playoffs?
All Season Ticket Members have the first right of refusal to their 2024 season membership seating location(s). Once the STM playoff reservation period concludes and a home game is confirmed, Season Ticket Members will get the first shot at a presale for additional single-game tickets.
What if I am only interested in attending some of the potential matches?
If you aren’t interested in reserving your seats for all potential home matches, you can opt out of the Pay as we Play program and purchase on a single-game basis through either the STM presale or when tickets become available to the general public. Please note that these tickets will be available at the single-game rate and will likely be in a different location than your 2024 season ticket seats.
If the 2024 MLS Cup is hosted at Allianz Field, will I get my season membership location?
Because MLS Cup is hosted by the league, the ticketing process is slightly different. While we won’t be able to offer Season Ticket Members their exact seating location, we can guarantee STMs will have access to a presale before tickets go on sale to the general public, regardless of whether or not they opted out of the Pay as we Play Program.
