September 2024: Place Deposit
We recommend you place your $100 refundable group deposit by September to give yourself the best shot at guaranteeing the games and location you want for your 2025 group outing.

November(ish) 2024: Showcase Event
Join us for our annual Showcase Event around late November to learn more about all of our gameday options, including Fan Experiences like Warm-Up Watchers, Ball Kids and more. Keep an eye on your inbox for an email invitation.

December 2024: 2025 MLS Schedule Drops
Once the 2025 MLS schedule is released in December, we’ll also ask you to fill out a survey indicating your top game and location preferences for the 2025 season, which will help us prepare you for the upcoming selection process in January.

January 2025: Group Selection Process Begins
In January of 2025, you’ll receive an email assigning you a thirty-minute timeslot during which your MNUFC service rep will give you a call and help you get your event locked in for next season. You’ll want to come prepared with a few different game options in case your top choices are already taken.

How are the selection windows determined?
Group selection windows are determined through a combination of customer tenure, annual spend, and deposit timing. The best way to elevate your priority is to get your deposit in as early as possible.

What if I miss my selection window?
If you miss the call, you can connect with your service rep to reschedule it for later. Keep in mind, however, that there are several folks waiting in line behind you, so you’ll want to make your selection as soon as you can.

What if I place a deposit and none of the available games work out for me?
If, for some reason, you end up not being able to lock in a group outing for 2025, your $100 deposit can be transferred to another opportunity (for instance, as Leagues Cup games, International Friendlies, or other events are confirmed), or your deposit can be refunded.

How do I sign up for Fan Experiences, like Warm-Up Watchers, Ball Kids, and more?
Depending on the game date and specific experience, a minimum group order and/or additional fee may be required. You can complete the form linked on this page to request more info, or simply ask your service rep about opportunities.
