MNUFC2 announced today that midfielder Molik Jesse Khan has been called up to the Trinidad and Tobago National Team for the upcoming 2023 Gold Cup.
This call up is Khan’s second call-up of 2023 after he previously earned a spot on the roster for 2022-23 Concacaf Nations League Group C contests in March.
Khan is now named to Trinidad and Tobago roster for the bi-annual North American competition – the 2023 Gold Cup – in which the Trinidadian side was originally slated to first compete in the Prelims Round. However, Nicaragua was removed from the competition and Trinidad and Tobago have since replaced them in the Group Stage, joining the United States, Jamaica and a Prelims Round qualifier in Group A competition, starting on Sunday, June 25.
