MNUFC2 Signs Forward Logan Dorsey to MLS NEXT Pro Contract

MNUFC2 announced today that the club has signed forward Logan Dorsey to a one-year MLS NEXT Pro contract, with a club option for 2026.

“Logan brings to our team a strong desire to play the sport he loves, and we are excited to welcome him to MNUFC2,” said MNUFC2 Head Coach Jeremy Hall. “He’s a proven goalscorer, has an incredible knowledge of the game – coupled with great coachability – and is a hard worker on and off the pitch. The club is looking forward to seeing his impact on our team this season.”

As the Loons’ 55th-overall pick of the MLS SuperDraft 2025, Logan Dorsey joins MNUFC2 after having played two collegiate seasons at the University of Kentucky. During his senior season with the Wildcats in 2024, the Evergreen, Colorado forward scored a team-high 14 goals and provided three assists across his 18 game appearances. In 2024, he became the first Wildcat in program history to record two hat tricks in a season and a career, and was also named to the United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-America Second Team.

Prior to his final two seasons at Kentucky, Dorsey attended Gonzaga University, where he scored eight goals across 26 game appearances from 2021-22. Dorsey is the brother of Houston Dynamo FC winger Griffin Dorsey.
