The Twosies followed the first team in a double header at Dick's Sporting Goods Park on Saturday night. An action-packed game saw multiple penalties and a hat trick from MNUFC2 forward Tommy Williamson. At the final whistle, the teams were locked at 3 goals apiece, forcing a shootout. Unfortunately, the Loons fell just short in said shootout, 4-5. Next up, MNUFC2 will return home to play the Tacoma Defiance. The two teams have only met once in Washington, where the Loons narrowly lost a tight 3-2 game. Luckily, the Twosies will be back at the National Sports Center and have the rest of this week to recover from their trip to Colorado. With the season winding down, every point up for grabs is crucial and the Twosies will need to dig deep to take down the top ranked Tacoma Defiance. Parking
Free parking at the National Sports Center will be available in Lots F and G and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Gates
Only one stadium entry gate will be available for MNUFC2 games at the National Sports Center. All fans should enter through the North Gate at the National Sports Center Stadium.
Security Screening and Bag Policy
Standard MNUFC screening procedures will be in place for MNUFC2 games at the National Sports Center. Each guest will be subject to walk through a magnetometer, and guests with bags will be asked to open their bags for a brief search. The clear-bag policy will not be enforced at the National Sports Center Stadium. All bags that are 12” x 6” x 12” or smaller will be allowed into the stadium. Guests with diaper bags or medical bags will have their bags checked and then tagged, but will not have size restrictions. There will not be a bag check service available for games played at the National Sports Center. Any guests with non-admissible bags will be asked to return their bags to their car.
Merchandise
The Black and Blue Team Store merchandise truck will be available at each MNUFC2 game at the National Sports Center on the North Plaza.
Food & Beverage
Food and beverage will be available for purchase at all MNUFC2 games at Allianz Field and the National Sports Center. Outside food and beverage will not be permitted.
Cashless Purchasing
For the safety of those attending matches, all ticket and in-stadium purchases will be conducted in a touchless manner.
