Some of the best moments from Minnesota United’s inaugural MLS season came during themed matches and the club will host its second annual Pride match on Friday, June 29 at 7:00 p.m. CT when the Loons host FC Dallas. On Saturday, September 22, MNUFC will face the Portland Timbers at 7:00 p.m. CT for its Kick Childhood Cancer match. To close out the season and its tenure at TCF Bank Stadium, the team’s matchup with LA Galaxy on Sunday, October 21 will be its Fan Appreciation match and — as of now — the only match this season where all of the seating at TCF Bank Stadium will be opened up for fans.
Other notable matchups from the home schedule this season include a tilt against the reigning champion Toronto FC at 6:00 p.m. CT on Wednesday, July 4 for Minnesota United’s Salute to Freedom and the club’s first-ever match against expansion side LAFC on Sunday, July 22 at 6:00 p.m. CT.
