The Twin Cities are our home, and as such, it will always be important to our club that we find positive ways to impact the people and environment within it. Each month we work with excellent volunteers and partners to try and uphold that value of “home,” and the months of October and November did not stray from that tradition. Here are a few highlights from our work in the community over the past couple months:

GALA Latina – CLUES

On October 3, MNUFC attended the CLUES Gala Latina – a celebration of Latin American heritage and achievement in the community. The event included a silent auction, performances from local Latino artists, and networking with over 400 Latino leaders – with the goal of helping CLUES raise funds to support their mission to change the lives of Latinos in Minnesota.

Saint Paul Cup and Community Day – Bell Bank

On October 4, MNUFC hosted the Harding Senior High and Johnson Senior High School boys and girls soccer teams at Allianz Field for the third-annual Saint Paul Cup presented by Bell Bank. Feria de Empleo

On October 9, Minnesota United teamed up with Ramsey County to host the second-annual Feria de Empleo – a Spanish-language job fair – at Allianz Field. This free event was open to the public, with over 100 attendees and 22 companies coming together to help people find employment.
