I know you’ve been opening social media every morning for the past month solely to scour the web for news of our new kit. Allow me to be the bearer of good news: Minnesota United’s newest threads drop Friday, February 14. Yes, Valentine’s Day—because you’ll love this jersey.

The new kit officially launches at 10 a.m. CT, and with the help of Target, we’re going to make it a big deal. (PK might even show up, but you didn’t hear it from me!) Per usual, you’ll be able to find the jersey when it goes live on MLSstore.com and adidas.com, but the Black and Blue Team Store at Allianz Field will also be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

As if a potential PK appearance isn’t enough of a draw for you, the first 75 authentic jerseys sold come with two free tickets to the home opener against Montréal on Saturday, March 1. In addition, with each purchase on February 14, fans will be able to choose a Valentine’s card from a selection of your favorite featured players. We’ve got a limited supply only available at the Team Store, plus free coffee and cookies. I’m not saying you should camp out overnight in the February cold, but the early loon gets the exclusive Bongi Valentine, or whatever they say.

And just when you thought it couldn’t get any better: a portion of all proceeds from the sale of the new kit will be donated to Mississippi Park Connection, a nonprofit focused on wildlife habitat preservation and building connections between the community and the river.
