The days are getting shorter and the weather is getting colder; it’s almost winter in Minnesota. With snow and cold on the way, it’s time to bring out all of your coats and cold weather gear, and maybe take a second to help out a neighbor.
That’s why Minnesota United is once again hosting their Winter Supply Drive in partnership with Blaze Credit Union. As you go through your winter wear this year, consider donating some warm clothes to neighbors in need. All donations will benefit Open Hands Midway, making a difference in the lives of those close to our home. See below for the list of accepted items, and please note that items should be new, though gently used coats, jackets, gloves, and scarves will be accepted as well:

- Mittens

- Winter Hats
- Wool Socks
When and Where
There will be two donation windows in two different locations. First, the club will be accepting donations at the Kit Man Sale from December 6 to 8 at the National Sports Center Welcome Center. Fans that donate will receive a 10% discount on their same-day purchase as a thank you.
The second window will be December 9 to 14 at the Black and Blue Team Store at Allianz Field. There will likewise be a 10% discount (terms and conditions may apply) on same-day purchases for those who bring their donations to the stadium, so come on out and restock on Loons gear while you give to those in need.
