Minnesota United today announced that Sara Daggett, currently General Counsel of the club, has been named Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Head of Public Affairs. Gretchen Korf, currently the club’s Chief Financial Officer, will expand her role as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer.

Daggett, in her eighth year with MNUFC, will continue to oversee the legal and compliance functions of the club while adding responsibility for governmental relations, issue management and strategic communication. She will also lead MNUFC’s player welfare and safeguarding program.

Korf joined the club in 2022 after spending 14 years at UnitedHealth Group, primarily in the corporate affairs and philanthropy space. She will continue to lead the accounting and finance departments while taking on oversight of the IT and human resources departments. In this role, she will collaborate and work cross-functionally to provide leadership and input regarding the financial implications of all major business decisions.
