It’s official. The Great Minnesotan Get-Together kicks off tomorrow! As always, Minnesota United will be participating in a big way, and it’s not just because they have deep-fried cookie dough a short distance from our booth. We love to see and interact with our fans from all over, so we hope you add us to your (most likely extensive) State Fair to-do list! This year, we have many great fan activations and player appearances planned for you, so be sure to swing by Fan Central – across the street from Ballpark cafe – to join in the fun. Here’s a rundown of all the awesomeness you can expect to find at our State Fair booth.

Legion of Loons Interactive Map

• A visual representation of the sprawling and world-wide Legion of Loons awaits you at our booth. If you want to participate, simply put a pin in the map to show where you’re from, and we’ll be able to watch the full might of the legion reveal itself as the fair ticks by!

MNUFC All-Access VR Experience

• Want to experience the energy and ambiance of Allianz Field? We’ve teamed up with local VR studio, REM5, to create a VR headset experience that showcases all that our home has to offer.

Header Challenge

• Test your hops against the pros and see if you could win an air battle against one of the Loons! Header your way from shortest to tallest with soccer balls hung from the ceiling at different players' top vertical leaps.

FIFA Video Game

• Challenge your friends to a game of FIFA and get a taste of what it’s like to be a professional footballer.

Prize Wheel

• What’s a booth without a prize wheel? Spin the wheel for a chance to win some pretty cool prizes – including deals on MNUFC and MNUFC2 tickets.

State Fair Parade

• Head over to the fair on Saturday, August 26 to see MNUFC participating in the fair parade!

• P.K. will be popping in and out of the booth throughout the duration of the fair, so be sure to stop by multiple times if you want to catch him and say hello.

• Both first-team and MNUFC2 players will be stopping by our booth throughout the fair, and we’ve put together a schedule for you below so you won’t miss out on the chance to meet your favorite Loons! (Subject to change)
