For the first time in nearly a month, the Loons are back at Allianz Field for a regular-season match. It's only fitting that for their first game back, the Loons face a familiar foe—the Seattle Sounders. Seattle and Minnesota have already met twice in 2024, with both games taking place at Lumen Field and ending in identical 2-0 scorelines in favor of the home side. The Loons' lineup could look very different this go around, however, as Saturday's game will be the first that some fresh-faced Loons from the most recent trade window will be available for selection. Namely, Kelvin Yeboah, Matúš Kmeť, and Jefferson Diaz will all have the chance to make their Minnesota United debuts this weekend against a Sounders team that is fresh off a disappointing 0-3 defeat at home to LAFC to end their Leagues Cup campaign. With the end of the regular season now on the horizon, both of these midtable teams will be looking to earn enough points to secure their spot in the postseason. The Michelle Young Foundation will be on site at the Sun Country Lawn Layover to kick things off this Saturday. The goal of the foundation is to help underserved students through scholarships, partnerships, and programs like Homework and Hoops. Early Bird Gets the Giveaway
Come early to Lawn Layover to receive a commemorative poster, courtesy of Sun Country. The first 250 fans to enter Lawn Layover will receive a one-of-a-kind poster for the 2024 season. Posters will be distributed at the entrance of Lawn Layover for the last six games of the season.

In-Game Honors
The pregame ceremony will include a national anthem performance from Pert Near Sandstone. MNUFC power soccer player Bryton McMahon will be honored as the Allina Scoreboard Keeper of the Game and Jon Dalager will be recognized as our SeatGeek Fan of the Game. Additionally, Jersey will be honored as the Nutrisource Service Dog of the Game. At halftime, the club will honor Katie Kensy, MNUFC power soccer head coach, as the L'Étoile du Nord and Sergeant Andrew Piepkorn as the Xcel Energy Eye of the Loon.
Guest Chef
Nikki and Brian Podgorski of The Salsa Collaborative will be at Allianz Field and serving up their Korean BBQ Beef Sando. Stop by the portable dining cart in section 30 or the Upper 90 Club to give it a try!
Ecolab Water Stations
MNUFC in partnership with Ecolab has installed six new water bottle refill stations to existing water fountain locations around the concourse at Allianz Field. Fans can find these located in sections 9, 15, 21, 25, 30, and 36. This is part of a larger stadium-wide water sustainability effort with Ecolab. Fans can bring in empty, clear plastic bottles to use with the water stations. The stations are not sensor activated and fans will need to press the button located in the lower right corner of the station to fill their water bottles.

To better ensure fan safety and expedite entry to the stadium, Allianz Field has a clear bag policy that limits the size and type of bags that can be brought into the stadium. Starting in the 2024 season, bag check will no longer be available. Please refrain from bringing bags to Allianz Field to ensure a quick and easy entry. For more info on our bag policy, click HERE.
