Match Presented by Twin Cities Eye Consultants
The Loons are home again this week, taking to the pitch opposite Real Salt Lake for the first time since Minnesota knocked them out of the playoffs last season. RSL will show up hungry for a win after a Matchday 5 loss to FC Dallas, and Minnesota looks to prove they can close out a lead and walk away with all three points after two consecutive draws. The boys have racked up some stats on both the attacking and defensive sides lately, with Kelvin Yeboah tied for third in MLS in goals scored and Morris Duggan leading the league in clearances. The Loons currently sit in sixth place in the Western Conference, and this weekend presents another chance to climb the ladder.
Chalk Talk
Ticketholders in the Field Club can join us before the game from 6:30 to 7:00 p.m. for an exclusive opportunity to hear from First Team Development Coach Justin Ferguson. He’ll speak to the season, player development, strategy, and more, and fans in attendance will have the chance to ask questions as time allows.
