The Loons have landed back in Minnesota after a successful road trip to SKC ended in a 2-0 scoreline favoring the Boys in Black and Blue. This win completed a three-game season sweep of Minnesota's nicest rival, the first sweep of its kind in club history. Now, the Loons look to build off of this boost of energy to secure another three points against the Colorado Rapids at Allianz Field. Both teams have had notable 2024 seasons that could be described with one word: change. MNUFC has seen many changes to both its lineup and coaching staff, while Colorado has seen a sharp change in their on-field success this year. From finishing the 2023 season dead last in the West to now fighting for a possible top-two finish, the Rapids have shaken things up and become a force to be reckoned with. In their last meeting this season, the Loons started the scoring and had a 3-1 lead heading into halftime, but the revitalized Rapids dug deep and scored two unanswered goals in the second half to secure a draw. However, the theme of change will surely impact the outcome of this matchup, with multiple new faces on the MNUFC bench and starting XI. Both teams are fighting for preferred playoff positioning, and with a history of tight matches, this is sure to be an entertaining game. Plucky Pickle Dip was created by Sara Doherty and Britt Jungerberg, best friends since ninth grade, out of a shared passion for family, fun and of course, pickles. Sara and Britt started making their addictive pickle dip every time their families would get together, and because people seemed to love it, started selling it at local farmers markets. In-Game Honors
The pregame ceremony will include a national anthem performance from Rodolfo Nieto. Mercedes Jaime will be honored as the Allina Scoreboard Keeper of the Game and Jorge Noreiga will be recognized as our SeatGeek Fan of the Game. Additionally, there will be a special pup honored as the Nutrisource Service Dog of the Game and Bryton, a member of the MNUFC Power Soccer Team, will deliver the game ball. At halftime, the club will honor Adriana Arce as the L'Étoile du Nord and a former service member will be recognized as the Xcel Energy Eye of the Loon.

Yia Vang of Vinai will be at Allianz Field and serving up their Galabao, a seasoned pork steamed bun. Stop by the portable dining cart in section 30 or the Upper 90 Club to give them a try!
New Premium Allianz Field Wine Carafes
Fans 21+ can try out our new premium wine carafes! In addition to the souvenir carafe, you will also get two wine glasses and a full bottle of wine. Please note, because one bottle of wine is considered four drinks, these must be purchased with two valid IDs. Stop by the Halfway Bar in section 32 or the concession bars at sections 109, 114, 120, or 124 to get yours!
Pop It and Drop It
Make sure to pop and drop the pop tabs from your canned beverages at Allianz Field. Collection bins for pop tabs are available throughout the stadium on the side of trash bins. Thank you for helping us make a difference in our community, as we raise funds for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Upper Midwest. Pop tab collection bins will now be available outside the gates of Allianz Field so fans can bring tabs from home!
Ecolab Water Stations
MNUFC in partnership with Ecolab has installed six new water bottle refill stations to existing water fountain locations around the concourse at Allianz Field. Fans can find these located in sections 9, 15, 21, 25, 30, and 36. This is part of a larger stadium-wide water sustainability effort with Ecolab. Fans can bring in empty, clear plastic bottles to use with the water stations. The stations are not sensor activated and fans will need to press the button located in the lower right corner of the station to fill their water bottles.

The Third Saint Paul Cup
One of Minnesota High School soccer’s best traditions is coming back to Allianz Field for the fourth consecutive year. That’s right, the Saint Paul Cup returns to Minnesota’s professional soccer site on Friday, October 4th for a matchup between Harding Senior High School and Johnson Senior High School. Come on out to see these rivals go head-to-head on the best field in the state, and be a part of this awesome tradition.

To better ensure fan safety and expedite entry to the stadium, Allianz Field has a clear bag policy that limits the size and type of bags that can be brought into the stadium.
