2022 MLS All-Star Week is at home in Minnesota, and the Twin Cities are pulling out all of the stops. Apart from the game itself, there are many great events to check out, including concerts, community events, fan festivals, and a whole lot more. Check out the full schedule below!
Monday:
MLS WORKS All-Star Day of Service presented by Target

In collaboration with Target and U.S. Hunger, MLS WORKS has put together an event to help give back to the Twin Cities community. Second Harvest Heartland and Keystone Community Services aims to distribute 100,000 meals, and volunteers will work to pack all of them. This volunteer opportunity is open to the public, and anyone who participates will be able to celebrate with food, music, entertainment, and games.
MLS All-Star Concert presented by Target

Khalid is coming to Minneapolis, and his location is set to the U.S. Bank Stadium Commons. This Five-time Grammy award nominated artist has brought us tracks such as Location, Young Dumb & Broke, and Lovely.
With a capacity of 7,000, the MLS All-Star Concert is going to be festival-esque, serving not only as a great kickoff to All-Star Week, but also an opportunity to give back to the community. All proceeds from the concert will benefit The Alliance, a non-profit organization that focuses on regional equity within the Twin Cities.
Twin Cities-based artist Miloe is set to perform as the opening act. This talented rising star has featured on popular tracks such as Winona and Let Me Feel Low.

Soccer Celebration, presented by Coca-Cola, is a fun festival set to take place before the Skills Challenge. There will be everything from soccer-themed games to player appearances to premium giveaways and a whole lot more. This free event is open to the public and does not require a ticket to the Skills Challenge.

Ten MLS players and ten LIGA MX players will face off in the MLS Skills Challenge, presented by AT&T 5G. The biggest names across both leagues, including two of MNUFC's own – Dayne St. Clair and Emanuel Reynoso – will be tested by five unique skills competitions.
Competitions: Shooting Challenge presented by AT&T 5G; Touch Challenge presented by Old Spice; Cross & Volley Challenge presented by AT&T 5G; Passing Challenge presented by Bounty; and Crossbar Challenge presented by GilletteLabs.
To make it even more exciting, a donation will be made on behalf of the winning Skills Challenge team to give back to the local community.

In partnership with Allstate, this new event launches this year. The MLS NEXT All-Star Game is a world-class experience for the top young players in North America. Forty-four of the best MLS NEXT players have been selected to face off in an East vs. West format (22 v 22).
MNUFC Academy defender Carlos Leatherman is one of the players selected to compete in this match. Additionally, MNUFC2 assistant coach Jeremy Hall has been selected to manage the West Team.

Special Olympics Unified All-Star Game presented by MLS WORKS, ESPN & Coca-Cola

MLS WORKS, ESPN, Special Olympics and Coca-Cola will be working together to host the 7th Special Olympics Unified All-Star Game. The All-Star Unified Game is part of the season-long program that provides opportunities for Unified soccer teams to participate in a first-team MLS experience.
In an East vs. West format, the Unified Sports® West and East All-Star soccer teams, comprised of individuals with intellectual disabilities (Special Olympic athletes) and without intellectual disabilities (Unified partners) will play in an 11 vs. 11 match. Players Madison Schoolfield and Anthony Benston will be representing Minnesota United in the game.

There will be everything from soccer-themed games to player appearances and premium giveaways. Tinashe will put on a performance, and MLS players will exhibit some soccer tricks. This free event is open to the general public and does not require a ticket to the All-Star game.

MNUFC head coach Adrian Heath leads a star-studded MLS roster, featuring names such as Jesús Ferreira, Walker Zimmerman, Chicharito and many others — including Minnesota's own Emanuel Reynoso and Dayne St. Clair — against the All Stars of Mexico's Liga MX. The action kicks off at Allianz Field on Wednesday, August 10 at 7:30 pm CT and will be broadcast on ESPN, Univision, TSN, and TVA sports.
